Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of the website of TPJ TEAM d.o.o.; by using the site you agree to them. This English version is provided for convenience; if in doubt, the Slovenian version prevails.

2. Purpose of the site
The site presents our used construction machinery, attachments and spare parts, and our machine rental. No contract can be concluded and nothing can be paid on the site: we sell and rent machines by arrangement by phone, email or in person at our yard.
3. Listings, prices and availability
- Machines on the site and in our listings on bolha.com, Avto.net and Njuškalo.hr are an invitation to make an offer, not an offer to conclude a contract (Article 24 of the Slovenian Obligations Code, OZ). A contract is concluded once we agree on the machine, the price and the terms.
- Stock changes daily, so a machine may already be sold or rented. Machine details are taken from our listings.
- Sale prices are stated in the listings without VAT; this site also shows each with 22% VAT. Rental prices are per day and shown with and without VAT. Prices do not include delivery.
- For consumers, the price marked on the site applies (Article 14 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, ZVPot-1).
4. Machine rental
The machine, duration, price, collection or delivery and other rental terms are agreed separately for each rental, before it starts. The minimum rental period and the daily price list are published on the Rental page.
5. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you have the rights granted by ZVPot-1, which these terms do not limit:
- Conformity of goods: we are liable for the conformity of goods sold for two years from delivery; for used goods a shorter period may be expressly agreed, but not shorter than one year (Article 78 ZVPot-1).
- Withdrawal: you may withdraw from a distance contract, as defined by ZVPot-1, within 14 days without giving a reason, except in the cases listed in Article 135 ZVPot-1. You receive the details on withdrawal before such a contract is concluded.
6. Out-of-court dispute resolution
We aim to settle any dispute by agreement. TPJ TEAM d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (Article 32 of the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes, ZIsRPS). Consumers can always enforce their rights before the competent court.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to bolha.com, Avto.net, Njuškalo.hr, Mascus and Google. We are not responsible for their content; their own terms and privacy rules apply to their use.
8. Copyright
The texts and photographs on the site are copyright works (Article 5 of the Slovenian Copyright and Related Rights Act, ZASP). They may not be copied or used for other purposes without our permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Liability
We take care that the information on the site is accurate, but it may be incomplete as stock changes daily. We do not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence (Article 242 OZ), and consumer rights under ZVPot-1 remain unaffected.

11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. We may change them; the current version is published on this page with the date it applies from.
